Custom Designed Announcements, Cards and Storyboards
Your proofing gallery may or may not include samples of my custom design work using your own session proofs. I welcome your thoughts and ideas for making these pieces reflect your personal style.
Being the sole photographer/designer/creative force behind lifeXpressions I simply can not revise custom pieces prior to purchase though I am always happy to answer your questions and offer suggestions as to what can be created. In an effort to give each of my clients the personalized attention they deserve, I offer the following options to those interested in custom designed products:
1) Complete your order as you normally would, paying for your custom artwork in advance.
-OR-
2) Pay a non-refundable design fee of $50 in advance to be shown up to 3 samples based on your requests. This design fee will be credited toward your purchase should it include the customized piece.
Most of my clients choose to place their order and wait to see the modifications at that point instead of paying the design fee up front. Once purchased, I am happy to work with you to complete the design and make modifications as needed to ensure the final product is something you truly love.
The design process…
1- Client is presented with a sample. This sample may be based on a design currently in their proofing gallery, in our sample gallery, or simply by the communicating with me directly.
2- Client is sent a proof of their custom piece via email.
3- Client has the option to approve the piece at which point it will be sent to the lab -OR- discuss revisions (s)he would like to see made.
4- Revisions are made and the client is sent another proof via email.
5- Client has the option to approve the piece at which point it will be sent to the lab -OR- discuss revisions (s)he would like to see made.
6- Client is sent a final proof for approval. If further revisions are necessary a non-refundable design fee may be charged. The design fee varies based on the estimated time required to complete the custom artwork.
My goal is to create a piece that you will love. Please remember, these designs are modified to suit your needs which requires an extensive amount of time and effort on my part. Your patience during the process is greatly appreciated.
